By using Zelyvio, you agree to use the service in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

1. Zelyvio Service

Zelyvio provides browser-based tools for creating, editing, resizing, arranging and exporting images and other creative content.

Features may be added, changed, improved or discontinued as the service develops.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of images, designs and other content that you create or edit using Zelyvio.

Zelyvio does not claim ownership of your original creative content simply because it was created or edited using the service.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any images, fonts, graphics or other material that you import into Zelyvio.

You must not use Zelyvio to violate applicable laws or the rights of other people or organizations.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not intentionally use Zelyvio to:

• Distribute unlawful content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the service
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Use the service for fraud or other unlawful activities

5. Availability

Zelyvio aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, technical problems, infrastructure changes or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

6. Saving Your Work

Users are responsible for keeping appropriate copies or exports of important work.

Unless a feature specifically states otherwise, Zelyvio should not be treated as a permanent backup or storage service.

7. Free and Paid Features

Zelyvio may provide both free and paid features.

Details regarding prices, included functionality, payment terms and any applicable refund or cancellation conditions will be presented before a paid purchase is completed.

8. Lifetime Purchases

If Zelyvio offers a product described as a lifetime purchase, the specific features included in that purchase will be identified at the time of purchase.

A lifetime purchase does not automatically include separate third-party services, usage-based services or future features that create ongoing external processing costs unless they are expressly stated as included.

9. Third-Party Services

Zelyvio may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, payments, security or other supporting services.

Use of certain third-party functionality may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

10. Intellectual Property

The Zelyvio name, website interface, software and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Zelyvio software, branding or other proprietary materials to users.

11. Disclaimer

Zelyvio is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zelyvio will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Zelyvio develops or when legal, technical or operational requirements change.
